教学及研究生培养情况:

目前已指导博士及硕士研究生40多名,在人才培养方面积累了丰富的经验,毕业生就业于国内高等学校、科研院所、企事业单位等。从教二十几年来,坚持在一线从事教学工作,教书育才,立德树人。主讲《分析化学》、《仪器分析化学》、《无机化学》、《高分子化学基础》、《复合材料基体改性原理》等课程,在教学中寓教于乐,以启发式教学为主,教学效果良好,深受师生好评。
